Fees and Policies
Payment
Everyday Excellence is fee-for-service company. We do not accept or process payments through insurance. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash.
Superbill
A superbill can be provided upon request for patients to submit to their own PPO's.
Pricing
75 minute Evaluation (Provided in patient's home): $375
60 minute Treatment (Provided in patient's home): $300
60 minute Pediatric (<18 years of age) Evaluation: $200
60 minute Pediatric (<18 years of age) Treatment: $175
60 minute Evaluation (Yountville Fit location) $200
60 minute Treatment (Yountville Fit location): $200
Medicare Patients
Everyday Excellence Physical Therapy is not a Medicare provider. If you would still like to be treated there is some paperwork to be completed prior to initiating care.
